Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SoundTrek, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use SoundTrek.

2. What SoundTrek is

SoundTrek is a personal tour-tracking tool. We surface live tour date data licensed from Ticketmaster's Discovery API based on artists you follow. SoundTrek does not sell tickets, process payments, or act as a ticket vendor. Any ticket purchase happens entirely on Ticketmaster's site, under Ticketmaster's own terms.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use SoundTrek.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SoundTrek for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell data from SoundTrek
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure

5. Third-party data & accounts

Tour date, venue, and pricing data comes from Ticketmaster and may change or be inaccurate at any time — always confirm details on Ticketmaster before making plans. If you connect a Google or Spotify account, you're also bound by that provider's own terms.

6. Service "as is"

SoundTrek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tour data will always be accurate or up to date.

7. Termination

You may stop using SoundTrek and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SoundTrek after a change means you accept the updated terms.
